i think your usb port got problem...normally try to use other slot, if all port cannot use i suggest check yor use device or flash drive. try use it at your friend laptop or computer.
if ok at your friend computer, maybe your usb port broke. :-(
* also u can check at system properties, try to update latest drivers.
* to many usb device connected to laptop /computer also got this error.
